Online Cohort: Foundations of Rhythm and Voice

ProgramOver 4 weeks, we will:

• Learn to hold rhythm with rattle and drum

• Gently open and explore the voice as a sacred instrument

• Sing from a living songbook, honoring the origins and meaning of each prayer

• Deepen connection to land, elements, and spirit through music

• Practice sharing voice and rhythm in a held and supportive group Details

• Live weekly sessions on Zoom

• Mondays, 6:30–7:30pm ET
