Online Cohort: Deepening with Rhythm and Voice

Over 4 weeks, we will:

• Deepen our relationship with rattle and drum through layered and syncopated rhythms

• Strengthen the voice as a devotional tool through more complex vocal phrasing and harmonies

• Learn new songs, honoring the origins and spirit of each prayer

• Explore rhythm and voice as pathways of deeper listening, embodiment, and presence

• Practice offering song and rhythm in community with greater confidence and nuance
