The Heartmind Path is a six-week group immersion into the gentle art of awareness — where rest becomes a teacher, and stillness a doorway into the luminous self.
Rooted in the teachings of yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, and indigenous wisdom, this offering invites you to deepen your relationship with your breath, body, and luminous inner world.
Together, we explore what it means to live from the Heartmind — the space where compassion and awareness meet — and learn to listen to the quiet intelligence that lives beneath thought.
THIS SEASON, WE JOURNEY INWARD.

Explore the koshas and nadis — the layers and pathways of consciousness.
“Bodhichitta — the awakened heart — is discovered not through
effort, but through softening.”
Week 3 — Breath as Bridge
Learn to regulate and balance your energy through mindful breathing.
“Every exhale is a small surrender. Every inhale, a quiet beginning again.”
Week 4 — The Pearl of Light
Visualize and awaken the luminous awareness within.
“You cannot polish the sun; you can only rest and remember its shine.”
Week 5 — Living the Practice
Bring mindfulness into daily living — walking, eating, speaking, resting.
“The path is not upward, but inward.”
Week 6 — The Radiant Heart
Integrate your learnings through compassion, song, and Heartmind meditation.
“Rest in awareness, not in ideas of yourself.” — Tilopa
Who This Is For
This journey is for seekers, healers, and creatives who feel the quiet power of the subtle realms — breath, intention, imagination — and wish to understand how to work with them skillfully.
It’s for those who want to deepen their yogic studies, refine their relationship with inner stillness, and explore self-healing through awareness and rest.
A beautiful complement for yoga teachers, facilitators, and space holders, this immersion offers tools that empower both personal practice and the ability to support others.
Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced in the inner arts, this path will guide you in learning to regulate your nervous system, cultivate presence, and anchor into the wisdom of the Heartmind — so that you can live and share from a place of integration and embodied compassion.

Words to Carry with You
May these words invite you into deeper contemplation of your own inner wisdom —
of the subtle movements of breath, the spaciousness of awareness,
and the quiet remembering that lives beneath all effort.
“What if your rest was your most sacred prayer?”
“We do not awaken by adding more light,
but by resting into the light that is already here.”
“Rest is not laziness. Rest is remembrance.”
About Dalani
My name is Dalani, and I walk the path of the medicine woman—bridging earth and spirit, sound and stillness, movement and prayer. My work is rooted in curanderismo, yoga, Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, and plant medicine lineages, all woven through an intuitive and trauma-informed lens.
I’m here to support you in remembering your essence, clearing what no longer serves, and reclaiming your sacred connection to life.
