Awaken: A Spring Emerging of Song and Spirit

As we enter Spring, we invite you to join us in awakening the hearth of your heart.
A living altar that grows with each of us as we study the voice, embodied presence, and our relationship to our inner fire as we deepen through Spring to the Summer Solstice together.

Guided by Ala and Dalani, this 3-month study invites you into the living field of our own personal and shared practice: singing as liberation, embodiment as devotion, rest as a sacred art, and the ways in which these worlds expand and uplift one another.

Each circle blends voice work, rhythm, meditation, and somatic and Yoga Nidra practices, all of which blend to restore the body and awaken authentic expression. We offer Private Mentorships in order to ensure individualized guidance and foster personal connection, and offer the opportunity to study with either one or with both of us together (1:1 or 2:1 sessions).

As we tend to this hearth together, the direction of the container evolves through each participant’s personal journey, study, and practice. In our last session, honoring the Summer Solstice, our intentions and songs bloom into a shared offering as we close our Spring Hearth and celebrate the energy and fire of Summer together..
